Studio Mjau is specialised in recording both new and more experienced groups and bands. Studio Mjau also specializes in mobil recording.

Services

We record, mix and master. For bands using our services, we also offer the possibility to hire microphones and other tools for recording. With a small and agile equipment we can record almost any setup on location. We also record live-performances directly from the soundboard.

Our mixing and mastering-services can be used either in conjunction with our recording-services or separately. bands can send their multitracks directly to our mixing-studio using CD's or our FTP-server. Mixing is done in our separate mixing-studio, where both digital and analog equipment is used.

Post-production can be done in our smaller demostudio. We offer a digital drumset, a large variety of guitars, percussions and other smaller instruments. In post-production you usually correct minor mistakes from the recording session, or add things which could not be done in the recording-session, like backing vocals or overdubs.

Equipment

Out recording-service is based on a laptop and a high-quality 24-bit soundcard. Our mic-cabinet includes a vast amount of different microphones. We can record anything for a drumset, an classical ensemble - or even a churchg-organ.
